Often we all read and forget some great thought. Request u all to implement any/some/all the listed thought for the coming New year and see how better things move and go. Really u will feel happy.
1. Take a 10-30 minutes walk everytday & while u walk, smile
2. Sit in silence for atleast 10 minutes each day
3. When u wakeup in the morning complete the following statement, "My purpose is to.........today"
4. Live with the 3E`s....Energy, Enthusiam, Empathy, and 3F`s Faith, Family, Friends
5. Spend more time with people over the age of 70 & under age of six
6. Dream more while you are awake
7. Try to make atleast 3 people smile each day
8. Realize that life is a school & u r here to learn, pass all ur test. Problems r simply part of curriculam that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons u learn will not last a life time
9. Smile and laugh more. It will keep the energy vampires away
10. Life isn't fair, but it's still good
11. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone
12. Don't take urself to seriously. No one else does
13. U don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagreements.
14. Make peace with ur past, so it won't mess up with present
15. Don't compare ur life wih others. U have no idea ehat their journey is all about
16. Burn the candles, use the nice sheets. Don't save it for special occasion. Today is special.
17. No one is incharge of ur happiness except u.
18. Forgive everyone for everything
19. What other people think of u is none of ur business
20. Time heals almost everything. Give time, time
21. However good or bad a situation is, it will change
22. Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful
23. The best is yet to come. BELIEVE
24. No matter how u feel, get up, dress up and show up
25. Do the right thing
26. Cal ur family often
27. Each night before u goto bed complete the following statement: "I am thankful for.......". "Today I accomplished......"
28. Remember that u r too blessed to be stressed.
