This was the last mail I have posted when leaving reliance communication.Hope some of the Idea will flourished
Dear All,
Today is my last day. Apart from thanks giving I would like to transfer my responsibility to whom “Think Big” is always a prime concern.Today Indian telecomm domain is going through gorilla war where every opponent is replicating others innovative Idea.We as Reliance has distinct feature which either cannot be replicated or hard to be replicated like Dual Technology, Centralized Operation, DTH under roof of RCOM etc.To win this gorilla war we have to do two things Fracture others week point, Promote non replicating ideas.
As my thought process suggested some of the key ideas regarding these path.I have tried to materialize some of them but may be due to bureaucratic environment could not able to see its progress towards reality or may be its Mr Narryan MURTHY phrase is true “If your ideas are not getting sold the right time has not yet arrived”
We have to show proactive attitude out of each employee to become leader in our domain like Mr. Mittal who once called Guy Dollẽ and said “This is Lakhmi Mittal .As a matter of courtesy I am calling to tell you that tomorrow I will mount a public offer to your shareholders to take over your company”
So at this occasion I think it’s my last duty share my ideas to all of you so that this last knock will be either an Opportunity or a Noise.

2 Compression of data at middleware (TIBCO) while passing the request from source system to destination system
-More Efficient use of Resource by using like LZW algorithm etc for less frequent downtime

15 Smart way of Data Usage Control to make efficient use of AAA (as due to heavy data usage by HSD made performance issue of AAA very frequent)
-Real time support by degrading HSD to data card once customer usage limit crosses(an approach in this regard PER/POS/1594)
-Making tariff plan like office hour as a HSD and off time as a DATACARD

16 Corporate Roaming
High ARPU Corporate Customer group will be issued 2-3 card based Prepaid Customer which will have a plan of Roaming benefit (Use of INGINUS IN)
