Recently, Pune Traffic Police start to use Facebook Community, where you can post photos of traffic problmes, rule violation, suggestaions & feedback from citizens, information about the traffic, diversations. It;s get a huge response from public. Police is also taking that information gathered from public & taking actions. I mentioned it just a example how Govt agencies can use social networking for solving problems. It;s good way to reach to the public directly & people's also giving response . Use of social netwroking for solving public problems is a good sign for India. Govt agencies shall be serious about it. Do you think it really work?
