All of us want to be active , healthy and want to perfectly balance of work and personal life. The stress levels are at all time high and so is the bad health. Today I want to concentrated on only one thing "Obesity".
The causes of obesity range from bad eating habbits to inactive life style. We already have enough of awareness about it and so I don't want to discuss what to do against it. But I want to tell how can we choose the right alternative.
There are various diets available which we can follow. There are many health clubs and gyms and many more options. But the question is what is right for you??
Instead of blindly following anything we should slow down a bit and observe what is right for us. 
How to observe and judge:
Some of us have to walk to the bus stops while to our office, it can be 2 min to 10 min walk and sometimes it can be more. Calculating the to and fro time we already get a 20 min walk which is good enough. In case you don't then try to walk a bit in lunch or tea break and use stairs. Do this for a month and check whether you feel more healthy.
Look at what you eat. Whe  at work we tend to eat things which are more greasy and harmful to us. Don't stop them completely, just cut down a bit and chek if it works.
Try combination of light exercise and addition of a comparatively healthy food.
The main objective is to observe your body. Observe that what works for you.  
In the end remember, your aim is to be a healthy individual, it never means that you should have a super model body. A few changes , and changes which actually benefit you will keep you healthy forever.
Observe the best that suits you and stay happy, healthy and smile.. To add to the benefits meditate or just close your eyes for few minutes (when you are not sleeping) and take deep breaths. Laugh out loud and smile often.
