If relations have to be improved, this needs to be tackled. India can't be goody-two-shoes and watch as a spectator when countrymen are being killed.

No country in the world have taken cognizance of the fact of mass genocide of innocent Tamils in the wake of combing up operations to eliminate secessionists, the LTTE!  The killings of innocent fishermen by the Sri Lankan Navy should be condemned by the United Nations with a stiff warning to avert such attacks on innocents in future by Sri Lanka!
