If we are able to mark the reasons of stress-strain –tension, and after that if we can remedy those reasons, then we will be able largely to free from stress-strain –tension.

 

Apparent reason of stress-strain –tension is internal secretion of several glands. Acid and bile are two of them.

 

Behind the (one or more than one) secretion of glands, there are many factors like– various mental and/or physical illness, congenital defect or nature –because of hereditary diseases, unregulated food and enjoyment –living, physical oppression – idleness –luxury, not having proper food and drinks according to one’s constitution and not observing the rules for healthy living and so on.

 

Besides these, environmental pollution, mental pollution, food and drinks with insecticidal and other poisons, vegetable-food which are produced from the laboratory-made seeds are also main causes of stress-strain –tension.

 

Now, it is not possible to remedy by unaccompanied Endeavour. Only united effort of numerous conscious human beings can solve this problem largely, –and for that purpose –for true self-development and social development we have been endeavored to be united under an umbrella by name ‘MahaDharma’ –the religion of human being (humamahavadnity).

Good and valuable insight Dr.Ray. People should know how to live naturally in rhythmically. One needs balanced mind, peaceful,maturity to understand the pros and cons of life to extricate himself from the stresses and tensions.

I thought you be suggesting a medical alternative or treatment to handle stress and strain. Just meditate for 30 mins or more every day, that in itself will reduce your stress/strain.
