Designation Urgent opening at UNICON Group for Sub-Broker  / Franchisee Marketing Dept.
Job Description

-Appointing New Sub-Brokers or acquiring new franchisees for the company.

-Develop the business for all the financial produts(Equity, Commodity, Cross selling of Mutual Funds and Insurance) through Sub-brokers.

 

Desired Profile

-Should have Minimum 1 year of Experience in Sub-broker Marketing Profile, franchisee development in Broking Industry.

-Should be Confident, excellent in selling skills. Aggressive and positive approach.

-Should have good communication skills. Should be a team player.

-Able to work under pressure. Aptitude to think beyond boundaries (Innovative ability).

-Decision making ability

Education UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization

Sub-broker/franchisee development can be good in Maharashtra. Everybody wants to have a pie of the Stock Market, but dont know how. Most brokers expect only clients without forwarding any help to the sub-broker. The idea behind this attitude is that, we are sharing profits, so let the sub-broker fend for himself. I think if a broker is serious enough, the kind of business that a sub-broker creates can be tremendous.
