Job Description:
This position will be responsible for providing the technical support and solutions, to all Convergys license clients in EMEA & LATAM. The position will be based out of Hyderabad, India.
- Working in shift (24*7 – 365 days) is the prerequisite for this position
- Shift rotation would be once in 2 weeks. It also might change in accordance with the business need
Job expectations:
- Exhibit extensive knowledge on IRB billing product and application functionality, Operations, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Troubleshoot, replicate and resolve critical production problems. Also coordinate with technical resources to facilitate rapid problem resolution.
- Ensure compliance with production-related Support Agreements.
- Conduct Post Outage Reviews/knowledge sharing to ascertain problem resolution, root cause and improvement opportunities.
- Proficiency in working with multiple platforms / Applications and Sub Systems.
Required Technical Skills:
- UNIX
- SQL& PL/SQL
- Database Concept
- Knowledge of TAP3
- CSM/OM & Wizard will be added advantage (Siebel CRM knowledge would also do)
