Having made an indelible mark in the global BPO business, Indian IT and ITeS sector is now thriving in Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO).

Knowledge Processing outsourcing is an emerging sector and is growing at a very rapid rate. Indian economy, the education system, political stability, technology, communication skills and qualified workforce altogether make India an excellent location for KPOs. KPO industry has a bright future.

Moreover India is not readily accepting KPO sector. This is obvious by the figures which show that the total number of employed person both public and private  sectors is under 0.1%.

So in order to be the global leader, we need a vast pool of appropraite talent, which can provide the required support to the Indian KPO, so that it canflex globally....................
