These kind of character beheviour have to be thought in schools and it is very difficult to force on to grown up people.

self improvement and trying to improve all the time is a paranoid behaviour you are telling your self always you are not upto the mark you need to imporve,you are creating doubts in your mind always,trying to be perfect and best is a sick behaviour.

who has come hear to be god hello enjoy life be your self and god has made you unique.be what you are..do not change just because some one says so or writes so.how long can you have a mask. 
join th e movement remove the mask.and say good bye to those who expect the best out of you always tell them go to hell if in a personal relationship you expect me to be a god.
stop thi s tirade of being nice having face mask be the best first impression etc etc
