Yesterday i given my car i10 to servicing they take the car happily,then i told the manager please drop me to the bus stop as i have no vehicle to go, i also said you take my car only and drop me but he said sorry sir no buddy is free now i cant help you......its ok i said these is the first face of a brand company.....

know the other...2nd one

after two hours when i reached home they call me and said sir your car's break pad is completely gone can we change that i said yes, then again after few time one more call sir your suspension insulator also damaged they said we have to change that i again said yes ..then on next day when i reached they said sir your car is completed ..they showed me the bill i completely shocked , the bill was rs.6300 from that 1700 is labour charge ....i want to ask what is the labour charge they changed the insulator which cost rs.2900 and on which labour charge is 500 whats these these is completely cheating....

3rd phase......

regarding average....its shows that the avg. of i10 is 18.5km (petrol) and there tag was most fuel efficient car in the world.... i find the case opposite my car gives avg. of only 13km they checked ..and when i said why the very low avg. they said sir your car is now old, i have to ask is car is old in three years only ??? i said please tell me the way to increase the avg.they said sorry sir i10 model does not have tunning so we can't do anything ?????what's these really a black mark on the top company.....

4th face.......

i don't think most of u knw that, if you go to hyundai showroom or service centre and you ask for any of parts of your car which you can't find anywhere else they can't give you because if they gives you then you take that and get fitted by another worker (which fits them in your car in less then half the cost) so which is complete lost to the company and dealer...so whats these they want to make monopoly which is not good for mango man????

while the maruti suzuki service is some what good what i observes and they have particulars shops also so if you are not satisfied with showroom you take part and fit from where you want......really i made a mistake by taking hyundai............

Every thing is possible for money not only company showroom but also many automobile gurrage are doing same thing in absence of us. However we dont know that part id damaged or good and we have to automatically believe that it is right and you can change.



In all these type of things i would like to give you an opinion that try to getting each and every knowledge of car & its spare parts. If you will know each and every thing, then very less chance to manipulation. Otherwise whenever you go , this type of problem will always come.So we have to find out way.....

Notwithstanding water-tight SLAs with the Dealers, the dealers have their say due to money and muscle power.  They are undeterred, and your complaints to the principals would hardly be viewed as a serious one, and the Dealers would find 101 ways to point to technical problems in some pretext or the other.  Unless and until, we have a strong Automobile Regulator who should be in a position to safeguard customers' interests, this anomaly will continue!

It is not only with the car. Applies to all products and service. 1st time before buying customer is the king. After purchasing customer is like money vending machine. All dealers are the same. We have to be careful.

This is true with most of the car dealers (of all brands if not all brands then most of the brands I suppose).

Tata is the worst in my opinion. They swindle the customer, change good working parts with damaged parts and tell the customer that the part has to be changed. 

I left my car for regular paid service at OMR Motors in Chennai. The suspension was working fine and there was absolutely normal sound associated whenever my car hits a pothole or bump. This was the condition before the service. Also, the clutch was also working in perfect condition. While I took delivery the next day, I was surprised when the service in charge told me that the suspension work has to be done and it would cost about 30 thousand and the clutch plates also have to be replaced and it would cost around 10 K. I dint say anything and took the car. I noticed that the clutch was different. Having used the car for around 45 thousand, I could make out the difference between before and after the service. For the next 15 days or so, I dint drive much and dint have any problem with the suspension. But after around 15 days, when I took the car for a long drive, I noticed some odd noise whenever the car hit even a small pothole (usually I take bumps and pothole in very low speed) or bump. This worsened over a period of around 2 weeks and finally when I took it to MY TVS (Dealer) they told me that the suspension has to be worked upon and some parts need to be changed as also the clutch plates. 

My perfectly working car was reduced to such a bad condition by the service centre. It was then I decided not to go to any tata service station, and if at all I am pushed to service my car in tata service station, then I have to take delivery in the same day. 

Most of these blokes are cheats and take the customer for a solid ride.
