The ugly bird killing business @ CocaCola

@ Kameswara Rao, and other who support him you all not known value of life. they are not different from us.  what is their in you the same is their in that bird too.  it is a peaceful innocent bird, how we can do it that. It is a city bird, cannot live in forests. They have ever right to live in this planet like us, this now owned by humans. we are only a small part of this. instead of killing we can place it in a cage and can leave in another safe place.

In a movie villan says i will cut a neck of hen and a man, both are same for me there is no difference between both.  they are just bodies for me nothing more than that. there is no difference between you and this villan.  

Be a human. where is the humanity.  I just stop taking coca cola. I protest it.

Irespect Mr Kameshwar Rao's concern over birds dropping in Coke but i would like to say that I have been at that plant of Coca-cola for one of my project reports while i was in BBA and there are NO chances for even the feathers of the birds dropping into the drinks...
it's a shame for such a big company to do this...

Whether anyone agree or not, but this bird is really a headache @ all premises, & is the reason for some diseases happened mostly to children & old age people due to their wings, & their shit. So we should find a solution over it rather than killing them.

Corporate bodies are abiding their regulations & SOP's. May be other regulation contradicting it. Immediate cause is cured but the Basic cause remains to be solved.

my god, what they are doing really, it's shameful, we all should stand against it.

We must find out fact and proof with reason then publish all this debate.If it  is true then legal proceedure is there to take more steps against coke.

Shocking!! This is so inhuman that they are killing birds for their benefits, i want to say just don't drink, tell all of this cruel act and must it must be banned.  

@ Tata Kameshwara Rao, to answer your first point - coke is not kept in the open nor is the water used for it. Water for the soft drinks be it coke or pepsi is harvested from deep wells sunk more than 30 or 40 mts into the ground and then this water undergoes elaborate filtering process including UV treatment. 

Second point there is no harm even if pigeons or its poop falls into it because by itself coke is harmful enough, so the poor pigeons can be spared. 

Third there are various other methods to scare away the pigeons instead of just killing them brutally. 

But my take is that the local authorities should probe this thoroughly and book the company if it has indulged in such an act. Can you imagine a TATA or TCS doing the same in England and getting away with it ?

I agree with ardhendhu, not drinking coke is the best solution be it with or without the pigeons !

Every thing said and done one should not kill birds instead it will be better to stop drinking Coca Cola.

Thanks, Sujatha for referral.I beg to differ with Mr Kameshwara Rao.Pigeons are very sensitive to even vibrations. This apart,the place was their abode.They could have been trapped and put in large cage till such time some sort of alternative was found.Killing was not at all justifiable.

What you do if a rat is in your house chase it or kill it or animal activist.

Allow people to do business . Let us share the ideas which can help all.

I agree with Mr. V.S. Kameswara Rao. If you really fell than just go to that place, see the situations & paste the solutions if you can.... why you just post & expect???

What if the Pigeons drop in the Cool drink? Will you drink? Once those birds habituate with a premises, they don't leave unless they are eliminated. Please visit that Place, and give a solution if you can!!! Don't just post and expect pats.  

Strange!!! they could have hired or informed the authorities to get rid of such small issue. What did they prove by doing such an inhuman act!!

My appeal :-
Please don't drink coca cola from now as the fresh stock may contain pigeons as hidden ingredient.
