Once, an Hata Yogi accosted a Saint, claiming that he has powers to fly, float on water, sustain his breath underneath earth for hours together, etc.  The saint was silent, observing him very patiently.  Yogi got upset and chastised the saint for his silence.

To that, the Saint told him "Birds fly"; "fishes swim and float on water"; "earthworm resides underneath earth till its death";  GOD has given these special powers to these beasts and animate organisms.  What's really great about your doing all these things, even beasts can do without any efforts.  You are yet to become a human!  GOD has given you six senses, an extra sense to comprehend what is right or wrong, apply that and do good for the society! That will give you sense of joy and enlightenment, and not these special powers you have attained wasting your energy!

Out of box thinking is radical thinking, we need Godfather’s to protect such thinkers, or it will result to Gillian act in 21st century. India is full of Yogi and Baba’s the fortunate ones find their way to west which is a higher civilization on this planet now, subsequently they find their godfathers (India Inc does a lot of “clapping” back at home), this is why the west is Advance with a population of 30 cr. 300million United states of America has full control on the planet. andhar lambi saans lo...take a deep breath..take out breath...do this for a minute and churn your energy within so that even if anybody pelts stones at you, you think out of box and pelt it back at them, all with one breath.

I mean we are so fascinated by this idiom, THINK OUT OF BOX that we begin using it so frequently that it becomes a cliche that no longer has an effect on any debate/ comments. However, a good story of saints and sadhus. But am not sure whether we can churn our energy but certainly we can do something for the mankind without churning but burning out our energy for them. The churning process anyway happens within the stomach once the digestion process starts.

Good article! But don't think it as against yogi. It is not bad if you are yogi. India is not behind because of yoga but it is due to over superstitiousness in people's mind

Yes sure one has to help others. "Idham sareeram paropakaaram" is a good adage. But nothing wrong in doing some thing extra-ordinary. All living beings other than we human beings live in harmony with nature. We are only monkeying around.
