Build your database the right way

People want privacy so don't take phone nos. from wherever you get, ask them to fill the form an according to their willingness take their nos. 

 Use a dedicated short code

Use dedicated short codes to keep the brans intact. These may be quiet pricy at times.

Understand the need

The present market "consumer is the king" is the scenario. Let the consumer understand the need of your product don't impose the product on the customer, this might end in some disaster.

Respect the consumer

A consumer’s handset is a trusted personal device and a forum for personal expression, and is a private space. When a consumer opts in for a promotion, the brand is invited into this space. Treat that invitation with respect

Consumers must opt-in

Mobile marketing is never about spam! A targeted, compelling campaign of value results in a high response rate. Generalized mobile campaigns see 15-20% responses while targeted campaigns can reach over 70%.

Communicate with the consumer

Select a mobile company that provides bi-directional messaging. One-way communications does not let a brand capitalize on the power of mobile and turns the campaign into a simple one shot

Create an ongoing relationship with consumers

Mobile enables brands to build or augment consumer databases of contact information and preferences while allowing the brand to interact directly with consumers on a two-way basis

Mobile marketing can create new revenue streams

Fees can be charged for premium promotions, which creates an additional revenue source
