Tonight is the night after 2 years of irregular association with toostep I will reach the 1000 mark just after this posting.

Before two months I was in the score of merely 349 and in this two months I have moved from no contributor to the top contributor at least 15 times now and simultaneously and fortunately found many valuable information, really great persons, few great fakers, truly knowledgeable persons, great friends, a great amount of motivation, a platform for input of my ideas, some mischievousness, some appreciations, few investigations, submissiveness, aggressiveness, boldness, and many more.

I would like to take this very opportunity to thank each and every members here. Without them I would not have achieved my first milestone here.

THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SUPPORTS, OPPOSES, THUMBS UPS, THUMBS DOWNS AND EVERYTHING

Mr. Vrushank Bharatkumar Dave I suppose you are liable for suggestions as per your experience, which makes no parity with your quotation here. Apparently any suggestion for my development is being welcomed wholeheartedly from everyone on this earth except one person, I guess that you know who it may be. If you have any suggestions for me I'd really look forward to listen and implement that.
Mr. Rajeev Sharma Ji, Thanks a lot for that refresher brush up of my psychology through that extremely practical quotation.

Congrats dear Ardhendu on getting a job. Mr Raju VP has already given you a sound advice about your job and your liking. Let me give you one very practical advice that will keep you in good stead all times, all places, including toostep. The advice is as follows: NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. FIRST HE WILL BRING YOU DOWN TO HIS LEVEL AND THEN BEAT YOU WITH HIS EXPERIENCE.

Dear Mr. Rajeev Sharma Ji, Thanks for the appreciation, apparently I found that color red symbolizes danger and blood so I was really thoughtful of the background and consequently found one picture with natural backing the face which symbolizes a natural personality as well as devotion to the nature and landscape moreover what more pleasant would you have other than nature itself. The wardrobe in previous picture was also not according to the age factor plus the current job status so I choose something more friendly and the color symbolizes calmness and cool behavioral part.
So I selected this picture according to the concept I drawn from your orders.
Dear Mr. Suryanarayan Murthy Ji, Thanks a lot for the support throughout, it seems your support and effort to calm myself here.

Dear Mr. Manoj Kumar, I really apologize for disappointing your expectations which you must have crowned just after reading the title. Still you cared for lending me the biblical thought, I am really inexpressive this moment as thankfulness will be a miniature kind of creature in this regard, hope to get more of these thoughts.
Thanking you.

Haha, Ardhendu, After seeing the tiltle I thought some miracle is going to happen.

Any how congrats, Just for information i was an active and regular member tiill some times back (Now also regular, but only visits just to know waht is going on, but no contributions) and now it seems boring.

But just thought to say something after seeing Mr. Rajeev's comment. It is one of the best advice.. In fact Too step is lucky to have active mebers like him. Murthy sir, Mr. Muraleedharan etc even after the standard of this professional forum has been gone down. (It is my opinion, Sorry if I am wrong)

Just for you I am adding a small insight, if you feel good take it positively or otherwise tell me i will delete.

One day I hopped in a taxi and we took off for the airport.

We were driving in the right lane when suddenly a black car jumped out of a parking space right in front of us.

My taxi driver slammed on his brakes, skidded, and missed the other car by just inches! The driver of the other car whipped his head around and started yelling at us.

My taxi driver just smiled and waved at the guy. And I mean, he was really friendly.

So I asked, 'Why did you just do that? This guy almost ruined your car and sent us to the hospital!'

This is when my taxi driver taught me what I now call, 'The Law of the Garbage Truck.'

He explained that many people are like garbage trucks. They run around full of garbage, full of frustration, full of anger, and full of disappointment.

As their garbage piles up, they need a place to dump it and sometimes they'll dump it on you. Don't take it personally.

Just smile, wave, wish them well, and move on. Don't take their garbage and spread it to other people at work, at home, or on the streets.

The bottom line is that successful people do not let garbage trucks take over their day.

Life's too short to wake up in the morning with regrets,
So ... Love the people who treat you right.
Pray for the ones who don't.

Life is ten percent what you make it and ninety percent how you take it!

Have a blessed, garbage-free day

Dear Mr. Rajeev Sharma Ji, Action taken on order number 3 and 2 and 1 is in progress.
Dear Mr. S. Muralidharan Ji, I'd try my level best to avoid criticism, but I won't leave persons like you know, whom I have exposed of having multiple accounts.
Dear Mr. Suryanarayan Murthy Ji, Yes indeed it's rather many nautical miles to go.
Dear Mr. Srinivas suravajhala Ji, I am prepared for the test of my psychological stamina for my nation. I accept that I must make strategic moves from now apparently working in this direction.

Thanking everyone of you once again for supports, informative and innovative idea installation. and much more that words fail to express.

Being aggressive may not yield you results, but being thoughtful (being strategic and well planned) you can win. Your task is not a small task, there wont be big achievements in the shortrun. But a move forward in a right spirit is enough for the time being. Keep the suggestions of Mr. Muralidharan and Rajivji in mind. All the very best.

Rajeev ji, I endorse your views completely! Ardhendu is a "fire-brand", he has in him the "true national spirit", requiring constant honing! Ardhendu, in any public space, controversies are abound, do not be critical upfront, take their views in the right perspectives and move ahead! Keep it up! Great experienced persons, such as, Mr. Murthy, Mr. Srinivas and Mr. Rajeev Sharma are with you, we are sure you will accomplish your mission! But at the same time, cover yourself and your family with proper financial backing, so that you will be able to peacefully tredge in your mission!

Mr Ardhendu, you are doing good work on toostep. However, you are very young, very raw but a well meaning person. As your title says "Job Seeker", I have three suggestions for you, which I hope, you will take in right spirit.
1. Curb your shooting-off-your-keyboard instincts, control your anger and bring moderation in your outpourings.
2. Improve your English, make sure there are no grammatical errors while you speak and write because without good command over English, it is difficult to make a mark anywhere. Having said that your English is better than many on toostep and this posting of yours is an example of that.
3. Change your profile picture ASAP. Put a mugshot of yours with pleasing backdrop. The current red backdrop is too gaudy.
