Building an effective team is a challenging and daunting job for any business. 5) Spice up your website; highlight your need for new talent with an "Our Team" page and advertise your company.

6) Publicity is grand! Create interest in your company with press coverage and project your company in a unique format to attract the types of professionals you seek.

7) Allow employees to participate in high profile activities even if means giving them some time off work. With their active involvement in professional and trade associations, you can garner admiration from young professionals hoping to establish mentorship

8) Use headhunters and recruitment agencies. Naturally check the company’s references and feedback as well, but many fine agencies are out there; they have sorted through the characteristics and background of candidates, and are prepared to recommend based upon your criteria. This can save 300-400% on the cost of an intensive search for a high-level position.

Boss, This is another gyan , i have been highlighting that lets have more of mindshare , practical stuff people implemented to drive value within their business domains . I keep getting plenty of referrals , see loads of gyan articles mostly from HR crowed here ate toostep.I say guys grow up ..we all have fast speed internet , google and all the business meetings , sessions, networking, gyan workshops .lets help each other learn from our own practical experiences , ground situation handlings.two steps of learning from me to all toostep networkers Sanjay

I completely agree with Sanjay. Toostep has become a platform to earn points just by referring articles or by posting such matter which is available to each person here. I find it irritating that many members keep referring articles you wouldnt even bother to give a second glance, leave alone reading. Its strange that people find time to post articles on love, flowers and all those stupid forwards that we keep reading in our inbox on Toostep, making it one more social networking site. the USP of this site would be lost if we keep encouraging such stuff and such people.

I keep getting plenty of referrals , see loads of gyan articles mostly from HR crowed here ate toostep.I say guys grow up ..we all have fast speed internet , google and all the business meetings , sessions, networking, gyan workshops .lets help each other learn from our own practical experiences , ground situation handlings.two steps of learning from me to all toostep networkers
