hi there. did you say a good warm hullo to yourself this morning? did you lay sipping your morning cuppa & ask yourself what kind of day it would be? did you plan “today”? what are your challenges & personal goals for the day? how will you deal with irritants? will you be randomly kind to someone?

or did you just take yourself for granted again today? where’s the locus ? inside? outside? in God’s hands? in murphy’s?

i suggest you introduce yourself to yourself again today – everyday!! you might find in yourself your biggest friend & ally. when did you last give yourself a hug? give yourself a big hug?

this is for starters. herein lies a treasure. think about it. improve on it. and please tell your friends about it.

Definitely, one should introduce himself first to himself by the start of each day by making a review, what he was yesterday, what he should have been, what he could not be and why, aand what he wants to be today and why, before expecting others to be with him as wholeheartedly sincere fellows?
