Sharing with you the reviews of ICICI Prudential done by their Vice President about work culture, growth prospects & salary.

Please share your views on this.

What I like about ICICI Prudential:
"Products are very good and well designed. A creative Product team and old advisors are adding profits for the organisation. Operations systems and Governance are the back bone of the company and thus is very customer friendly. IT innovations and use of technology adds to satisfaction when it come to post sale experience."

Most simple day to day approvals are directed at Vice President levels which is sheer waste of senior resource. HR is sweet, powerless dept. Unfortunately HR think that they are adding value to organisation, but fact is that they are only Puppets of Head of Sales and EX Com members. Mostly at Region levels they can be easily traced making good money and relations with consultants as turnover of staff is too high. A Powerful and new HR Professionals from top to bottom with controlling powers can really add value to this organisation and....."
