There is war of talents going on in Organizations these days and attrition or job-change rate is high as organizations vie to buy the talents.
Managing Talent is a subject of serious contemplation &
reflection, where one needs to find out the causes which help in attracting and
retaining the right / bright talent.
All the good / positive thinking goes with it. My ideas or

It is beyond doubt that Personal Development is at the root of ALL social, professional and any other development we can think of ... but the point is ...., "Is it sustainable ...?";
Like unless, we are healthy in every sense of the term, in spite of our great talent, we cannot progress or develop; Similarly, we have to find out whether, whatever we are doing is sustainable and healthy to all concerned; Do I make sense ...?
