Wittingstien's philosophy sheds light on 'awareness' as a set of belief systems and abstractions that can explain it.
Anything beyond this is cultural traits which one learns as he live in a particular socity which might differe between
individuals.

Ayan Rand's Philosophy was that one should be individualistic, has the reason power and should attain heightened self interest
in ones chosen field of specialization and that should gudie him or her.

Comte philosophied that in his metamorphic process one goes through 4 phases, 1) assimilation phase 2) theological phase
3)philosophical phase that how things work and 4)abstraction phase where one can affirm the truth of these beliefs.

An Academia can be considered to be efficient only if they train a student to undergo these changes otherwise it can be
considered sloppy or ill conceived.

I believe Indian academia is devoid of these philosophies and they never train a student to go through a full
metamorphic states of development or are they endowed to continue on ones own after graduation from Academia.

An academia is not complete if the student ones he graduates is not in a position like Wittingstien stated to be fully
aware of the structures of ones subject matter specific to him or can 'create realities' in it. That is an Engineer should
be in a position to innovate for commerce or for the society or a bussiness graduate should be in a position to create
outcomes in his profession. Once this trait cannot be transfered to the student as he graduate then academia boils down to
just nuerotic activity and time waste.

1. Lack of Openness. 2. Lack of support in right direction as also from right quarters.
3. Money and not Minds being allowed to rule. 4. Lack of confidence and low self esteem.
