PROJECT =???????
Performance Monitoring & Control (MIS, EVM)
Realistic Plan (Cost, Schedule and Quality Baselines)
Objectives (Project Scope, Specifications and Success Criteria)
Justification (Business Case to Justify the Selection of this Project)
Exit Criteria (Scope Verification / Formal Acceptance by Client)
Constraints and Assumptions (to be continously managed)
Task Oriented Execution (Resource Allocated & Executed)
Considering the Chronological Execution order of the above activities it should have been read as JOCRTPE but the same is rearranged and coined as PROJECT (which is readable and well understood by others).
This signifies that every Processes/ Activities have to synchronized, documented and well communicated to all the Stakeholders such that there is a uniformity and consensus about every aspects of the Project throught its life cycle...!!!
