Yes..Sure it is.. a voluntary organisation called MOHAN (I do not remember the full name) is doing a great service in Andhra Pradesh. Many people are benefited out of their services.

There is a saying in Hindi "Dane dane pe likha hai khanewale ka naam" just like that every organ will definitely reach the person in need, that may be through scam or through any other means. It will definitely help the needy to live a better life... So, therefore organ donation as i see will surely help human beings to lead a better life.

Any good thing will have a bad side. If we fear travel, where can we be. One need not presume travel means accident. Look at positive sides and go modern. Scam can not be eliminated in any field.

No, you shouldn't, it's a huge scam; organ donations are shady business and the scene can get very ugly. It's better to cremate once you're dead.
