What To Do When Bad Things Happen

by Jane Powell

“Finding answers isn’t everything.”

We don’t always know why things happen. Disappointments and difficulties may never be explained. For example, you may never fully understand why management passed you up for a promotion or why a partner left you for someone else. No doubt there will be times in your life when you are left scratching your head trying to figure out, “Why?”

Letting go when there is no understanding that “Why?” is very hard.  Our culture places such emphasis on finding answers. But, finding answers isn’t everything. Your life should not stop when you don’t understand events. Instead, you must learn to let go.

So, get on with your life. Regain your energy and passion. Let go of the frustration of asking “Why?” and you clear the deck for a brighter future!

Be thankful that you are still alive and there is hope for good things to happen.Vent your anger as suited and then build up faith and energy to get back to work.Cry babies have no place in today's world ,either people will laugh at you or ignore you altogether.Self help is only rescue.

There are many things which poses this simple question why? but then it is not so easy to find those answers to all those things untill one has experienced them. So than asking this why? and wasting precious time which doesn't come back, go enjoy things which are coming your way than deviating by this "why"?

When bad things happen... think of the good that has happened to you... It will deinitely help in uplifting your mood and mental state!! Throw the bad garbs away and grab the good garbs instantly... Easier said than done but nonetheless a very encouraging article!! As always Alka you have managed to hit the nail on the head!!

When going gets tougher, leave logic; follow for what you have faith; leave google & go to god. That's what i have learned from my life.

Faith is always & it rather should be, above logic.
