We should pray and dedicate all our efforts to Him. This makes His omnipresence more relevant in life. Then we just do our duty with full concentration. This represents Human Efforts. 

Where this combination of divine presence and human efforts takes place, it is there success, justice, wealth and all good things would certainly be.
