"I'm your companion, your greatest helper or heavieast burden. I will push you up to success or drag you down to failure, it makes no difference to me. Train me, be firm with me and i will open the doors of success. Be easy with me and i will destroy you. Who am i ? a Habit."

Knowing and not Doing it is equivalent to not Knowing at all, so Embrace It and Do It.

Thinking of it can transform a burden and make it a helper... just to think of is seriously not even changing it. It is worth to UNDERSTAND.

This has changed my thinking. I will surely converse with my Habits & make sure that they make a payment to my success. Thank you once again...
