Why do policies don’t grip in India ?

India had been independent for 50 years and as of present only 15% of the population has any benefits accruing from the economy  which clearly indicates that majority of the population are outside the realm of the benefits of economic policies taken till now.

A system in nature consists of a homogeneous pattern recognizable to humans. It consists of a hierarchy. Different classes with rules of behaviour inherent in them. Integration of these subsystems or classes to create a major system. Tractable systems the association of various parts with each other are clearly visible which means the system has a ‘structure’.

If we take human body, it has as subsystems, anatomy, physiology, metabolism and psyche. The association of these subsystems create the tractable human. Anything going wrong in any subsystem can cause trouble to the human himself.

If we take Indian economy we see that we don’t have a structure. Policies are like psyche giving commands to the system analogous human body. Then metabolism regulate and regenerate the human system. Indian system don’t have structure to take commands. Policies enacted like psychic commands given to human system, fall on vacant structure.  So policies generated to create metabolism are directed at something without a physiology or anatomy. So the policies just evaporate into thin air without creating adequate affects expected and the result after 50 years of independence our 85% don’t have any grip over the economy.

PS: Metabolism is growth and renewal of the system which is the result of voluntary and involuntary commands from psyche and system producing enzymes. Anatomy is the organs and nerves and physiology is the bones and flesh.

India has had some economic liberalization since 1991 only. It's best to compare the economic situation based on the progress of the last 20 years rather than the last 50 years.
