why indian's going to foreign for jobs

people go outside cause they think that they will earn more outside rather than living in india, and it is little bit true that indian pay scale is low comparing to other countries, those who go oust side for higher reputation and prestige, they must look at the countries which are down of india or conutries which financial condition is worse than india. I'll say don't leave india, stay here and show here,do that what you are doing outside, after all this is your country, and you can not leave it for only your profit.

Given an opportunity, you will jump at the offer. Right ??

that iz called Brain drain but going abroad iz not bad thing,the main thing iz not being connect with own country. they can meet some experience from abroad then back to india. and leads india by contribute their level best.

For business. To understand what is happening in the world. To feel different culture, and to earn quick money which is most needed in current scenario at the any corner of the world

More Than any of the stated reasons most indians i know of ... who go abroad for studies were just too brilliant to continue their research work in india due to lack of funds or resources .... And many times u cannot continue in your field of interest simply beacuse no such course exsists ... other than that u can make same amount of money in india ... but u can never get their standard of living .... as it is simply not present in our country ... and most of all we dont value service .. workmanship .... tallent and intelligence ... because survival in india is a challange and every one is just so damn intelligent here 

As Ms.Gargi told, the reason is simple and obvious . . . MONEY and STATUS !  
  The loss of faith on the Government is a reason but we cant omit it. We have/are accustomed to live with more flexibility/Tolerance. Its Indians Nature. 
  Booming population, Flourishing Illiteracy, Growing Separatism, Staring unemployment, Challenging energy needs, Ir-responsive/deaf politicians . . . the list goes on like this. There is no proper system here to solve/regulate them. Also there is no good spending on the education sector in terms of research and Industrial training. These are vital for a country's growth prospects. Considering these facts of unsatisfying environment it automatically comes to our mind, "Lets Go!" if there comes a chance. So its happening.  
  Some of those problems are in other countries as well but not like ours considering the population. U know Any1 can make a decent living abroad but none from those countries can make a good life here. Its a well-known and contemplative fact. Its our position!

In my opinion going abroad to earn money,fame and status is not so easy for everyone.Brilliant Indian have to struggle lot to earn all these in India.This is due very dirty Indian politics.Silly persons are        enjoying highest status whereas skilled persons are washing the pots & clothes in the house of greedy,selfish,silly and corrupt politician.So Every brilliant should go to abroad to earn money with status and high standard of living. 

Better career growth that could not come in India. few go to join their relatives or friends and few for advance study but the idea is earn while you learn.

Well sometimes going abroad becomes an issue of pride, status etc. However it is only a mindset. Able people can earn same status, money & standard of living in own country provided they are sincere to their responsibility.

In my opinion most Indians are going abroad to earn more money and better standard of living. Every indian has it mind that working overseas is a boon as there it goes the wealth, prosperity and dreams realised. The social status and pride it brings along while you are working overseas. And the people have lost their faith in the political system of india.
