Will Google Instant put SEO into dark?

Not exactly .. i think you havent read the mattcuts blog (google spam head) http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/thoughts-on-google-instant/ ..Read it . .wht he says is people need to come out with new strategies.. polishing out the old method.. rippin out some unecessary stuffs.... statistics says that ... the future seo is greatly rely on smo.. :)... and to shakih mohd... yes google instant will affects seo.. coz the keywords we create is based on human physcology .. how people will search for stuffs.. and thats wht google achieved recently . reading peoples mind.... and giving out the result.. if you c carefully .. whenever you start typin the keyword the results comes out in half of the way itself..check that particular url.. and c where that url is after typin the entire keyword..even u will definitely stop typin the entire keyword if the results comes to u instantly . And that is the place we have to work on with i think.... so its quite a right topic.. but i think we have to implement some new strategies again.. to rule google's result... i mean to rule google.. i mean to design the outcome... i am little bit proud that even googles bot reacts accordingly to me .. i mean the work i do . seo

Its only a Google new features to do something different from other Search Engine. Its not effect on the SEO  but i like the new look & features of Google. 

in my opinion, the instant search experience has nothing to do with SEO and ranking of websites , 
And this is amazing work by Google , is bing anywhere close to this ? :) 

I don't think, it will give any bad effects for SEOs and Webmasters of the Website.
