It is a very welcome step.Though the Government is also supporting free education in the country , its reach needs to be more.It is at places where there are no Government run school , the schools being set up by Azim Ji will make their most impact.
I am sure HR/ IR professionals would have followed the recent strike at Maruti's Manesar plant with  keen professional interest and have tried to figure out reasons for the same. What was the main reason : (A) Management's disapproval  and blocks...
Failing time and again in a job indicates absence of required attitude and skill sets for the job. Therefore one should work upon improving in these two areas.
I have a different view. Every organization , a MNC status does not make any difference or adds any weight , has inherent right to frame its own recruitment policy/norms . Nit picking or discussions over these matters do not lead us to any meaningful...
