govt can't eradicate this without help of society,because we are as a part of society responsible for this by not complaining or not doing ur part .like dont appreciate anyone for child labour in house and where u work /outing /chai shop.

I feel the policy is still in papers only. Though the govt is trying hard to abolish it , its not working out. We still can see many children in farms and other unorganized sectors. The recent notification by WB Govt which ensured minimum wage...

Jagdeep good question...... The government policy for child labor abolition in India is not effective, we see more children engaged in work who are below 14 yrs. So the policy should be made more reliable and severe which should eradicate child...
