A group of frogs were traveling through the woods, and two of them fell into a deep pit. When the other frogs saw how deep the pit was, they told the two frogs that they were as good as dead. The two frogs ignored the comments and tried to jump up out of the pit with all their might. The other frogs kept telling them to stop, that they were as good as dead. practice yoga, keep stress at bay.follow doctors advice to dot. if, financially strong as said sit at home and enjoy motherhood for atleast the child has grown upto 3 years of age and is to school (Nursery)

They need proper mental peace for the growth of the baby including the mother. They should be free from all work pressure and stress. Above all they should have normal delivery without any complications.They take second birth during pregnancy.

Safety awareness is not there in most of the cases, in the first instance.Then comes the safety practices.It can be reduced by taking detailed risk assessment for hazardous jobs first , then downsized to nowmal jobs.
