Managing procedural formalities pertaining to amendments in Memorandum and Articles, filing of Statutory Forms/Returns with the Registrar of Companies, formation of Companies, name change etc, in compliance with various statutory obligations. Legal Affairs Appointing and maintaining sustained contact with legal professionals for initiating and follow-ups on legal procedures. Drafting and vetting legal documents including Memorandum of Understandings, Indemnity Bonds, Undertakings, Customer Contracts, Property Agreements, Power of Attorneys, etc. Advising Chairman for issues relating with trade and industry bodies concerning the Industry.
