Whther you are retaining sales or finding a new customer, pain is all the same. But the added advantage of retaining a sale is that a trust will be automatically built between the client and the working team, so things would be much easier further....

Retaining a customer is a bit easier as you already know him,you know his likes and dislikes.. importantly you can learn why he wants to go and can resolve and get him stay with your company...

Right now, NO. Let us wait for the FIIs to panic and withdraw some of their funds - say 3 or 4 billion. You will see the markets crashing. Enter at that time. And wait for 3 or 4 months. The FIIs will come back due to their greed. Thats the time...

Rubbishing the theory that it was an end of an era in Australian cricket, skipper Ricky Ponting said the superior Indian side they lost to in World Cup quarterfinal should beat their arch-rivals Pakistan in the semifinals.Having lost to both India and Pakistan, Ponting said it was hard to pick between the two, but gave his vote to the co-hosts. Sports man spirit is high.. Lets hope for the same..

Venugopal, appearing for ED, said that that Letters Rogatory have been sent to Singapore, Cyprus, Jersey and Virgin I...
