I think for most of the profiles in which we are in, we really don't require people with good knowledge or competencies.. what we require in most of the profile is, blank minds to whom an organization can train as per their requirement.. so cant... |
Its hard work, commitment and dedication towards work.. which makes a person valuable asset of an organization in the long run. |
product is always more important for any company....because if company is able to differentiate its product may be by quality or features or serving the need of niche market in a special way can make a brand in a longer run... |
i think industry specific job sites are better in the sense that it is easy to identify jobs according to requirement in those sites |
