Job Title: Aquaculture Technical Professional

Position Summary:
To support the market development of the Indian Aquaculture market,
Novozymes is looking for an Aquaculture Technical & Sales professional
to provide technical ground support to Novozymes partner Bayer Animal Healthcare in India.
The position will be working closely with the Bayer sales and technical team
in supporting local distributors and key farms. The technical professional will be a
key driver in conducting and setting up trial’s and demonstrations farms,
conducting farmers seminar on how to use Novozymes product range, participating in fairs and exhibitions.
Essential Functions/Percentage of Time Spent on Each:
1.Setting up, executing and following up on demonstration trials in key farms through out India - 25%
2. Conducting workshops and training sessions on the Novozymes pond range to farmers and other end users. – 50%
3. Setup and run field trials for new applications under the guidance of the Technical manager in Thailand. 25%
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education: Education within Fisheries or Aquaculture at bachelor level
Experience: Practical experience with Shrimp farming is a plus, experience with probiotics is also a plus.
Specific Skills: In additional to technical knowhow the ideal candidate will have a commercial mindset and be able to support the sales team the sales cycle.
Working Conditions: From home. Expect 100 – 150 travel days pr year. International travel can also be expected.
