Team Lead - Business Support Co-ordinator, Novozymes South Asia Pvt Ltd, Bangalore :
Responsible for handling the daily business support of Sales & Marketing business systems and Managing a team of sales executives.
within the areas of CRM, e-Business, SharePoint and Business Intelligence globally.
Be part of running the BS&S responsibilities in the global business processes around our
CRM, e-Business and BI systems. E.g. AB and FF (budget processes) etc.
Think LEAN into all processes around the area of responsibility.
Secure high quality functional support and innovation around CRM,
e-Business, BI and knowledge management platforms.
Secure quality assurance of the functional support processes and the systems
supporting CRM, e-Business, BI and knowledge management.
Requirements for
Team Lead - Business Support Co-ordinator, Novozymes South Asia Pvt Ltd, Bangalore :
- 4-7 years work experience – preferably with SAP SD/R3
- Good knowledge of CRM, e-Business, SharePoint and Business Intelligence globally.
- Strong Analytical Skills. Number Crunching Skills.
- Good Communication skills both written and oral (Presentation)
- Strong coordinating skills
- Good understanding of cultural diversity
- Good understanding of IT technology
- Experience with Microsoft Office system (outlook, excel, etc)
- Some experience with process optimisation / LEAN
