Job Title: Regional Sales Head West & Channel Director India
Reporting to: GM - South Asia and Mid-East
Department: APAC Sales
Location: Mumbai
Duties and Responsibilities
· Responsible for leadership position for Sales revenue in West and channel management in India.
· Lead the sales and pre-sales team in West towards business objectives of region.
· Strategically Work with the partners to identify target customers or markets to attack and align with both parties.
· Lead and Track business plan with the Channel Partners and provide leadership for incremental revenue in both the named and un-named accounts.
· Make Aspect easier to do business with by activating channel in company direction. Identify strategic alliances to develop business in region and country.
· Responsible for co-creating market positioning, brand visibility,lead generation activities UC applications through channel & customer program and events in West.
· Manages timely new product introduction process by seeking field trials, introducing new marketing programs,
and new technical information via informal and formal content delivery vehicles such as non-disclosure presentations,
technical briefings, Distributor Readiness Packages and casual information sessions.
· Provide sales leadership to golden accounts (Direct / Indirect) and develop sustainable revenue through farming.
Qualifications
· University degree in business, computer science, or engineering, MBA highly desired
· 8+ years of managing successful products in the Telecommunications industry
· Proven track record in managing and delivering performance from sales team.
· Knowledge of Contact Center, Self Service, and/or Unified Communications (Messaging or conferencing) portfolios
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Experience in effectively managing in a matrixed environment
· Ability to translate requirements to meet market, channel, and customer needs
· Strong marketing and presentation skills highly desired
