Job Title : Executive Assistant to Regional President for Novozymes India
Location : Bangalore
• Ensure close coordination between activities running in President’s office and various departments.
This includes close liaison with head of departments and collection and presentation of information for President.
• Make monthly reports and quarterly reports with input from various departments
• Support efficient management meetings by making agenda with clear description of content,
preparation and outcome and by making minutes of meetings and follow up on action points.
• Efficient schedule management and coordination of workflow in the President’s office.
• Monitor changes in regulatory policies, economic affairs and update President’s office about changes promoting/affecting our business.
• Disseminate information and refer to the appropriate functional heads, initiate and compose correspondence.
• Perform basic research and information gathering.
• Prepare presentation materials for the President for seminars and presentations.
• Internal and external communication activities e.g. prepare Monthly Newsletter for Region India and press releases.
Qualification and Experience
• MBA in Finance / Marketing
• 3-4 years of experience in handling the above responsibilities in executive office of MD/VP or CEO
