Roles and responsibility for
Training and Development Manager, Novozymes South Asia Pvt Ltd, Bangalore :
1.Employee on boarding process
•Employee Orientation Program
•Enroll new manager for new manager Workshop
•New employee/manager assessment
2. Developing people
•Training need analysis with LOB and deliver various training programs based on the needs
•Prepare Training calendar
•Novozymes leadership competency development
•Maintain training database of employees
•Device and facilitate leadership training programmes
•Competence analysis of employees and design people development processes
•Source vendors for providing training
•Evaluate training programmes and suggest improvements
• Deliver people development seminars and workshops, e.g., IDP, new employee orientation, performance target setting, providing and giving feedbacks, Novozymes internal training programmes
•Design career plan for employees, help competency development process
•Conduct of personality test
3. Performance management
•Ensure that BT and IDP are completed by LOB with in the specified period.
•Support LOB in using the performance tool.
•Collect information and provide training to employees as per their requirements mentioned in the IDP.
4.Rewards and recognition program
•Develop and manage rewards and recognition program
5. P&O partner – SCO & R&D – Operational and development support to LOB
6. Special projects : People development /performance management projects
Requirements for
Training and Development Manager, Novozymes South Asia Pvt Ltd, Bangalore :
Experience - At least 2-3 years of experience as Asst. Manager / Manager in the specified profile.
Location : Bangalore
Qualification – Graduate / Post Graduate in Human Resources
