In the midst of recession with so many senior managers out of work, why hire a Professional Interim? [ Business : 23-Mar-11 1:08pm ] The difference between a Professional Interim and an unemployed Executive: =======================================...

The real time situations are not always unique to count your experience. You must have the boldness to face any situation with confidence but with a calculated way. Unless you face the situation you cant get the experience.

Its is not always that an experienced manager is the best. Anyways it requires some experience to be a manager. Even a new inexperience manager who has a vision and can think forward can do justice to his work with support from other members.

No Gavaskar wa not even half as good as Tendulkar..One can match there records gavaskar performance in the one dayers was poor even by the standards of ODI cricket played at that time not to forget his infamous innings of 36 not out in the 60...

I Dont think even Gavaskar will agree with this...he has all sorts of records that is there in ODI's and Test cricket, I agree that Gavaskar faced lot of top notch bowlers but his style of play was also not that entertaining or match winning for...
