Jonathan's contributions
We privide the similar service in China, and we have many such successful cases.
I have a project in Indian, are you interested in cooperation?
We can cooperate with you from China, where we are consulting company for many solar panel producers. We mainly focus on the consulting in wind, solar power, and LED projects.
We help international companies attend shows in China by ordering booth, editing and printing catalogues, sending interpretors to work in the booth, etc.
I can't agree with this. A Joint venture is not necessary, neither is it a good choice. A Chinese individual is not allowed to set up a JV with foreign entity or individuals. So, the best way to do this is a WFOE.
