Creativity can survive without technology provided the top leaders are transparent whenever any project/work is success as bcoz what is the tendency that if any work is successfull then your top is appreciated but if the same work is failure then...

I think is the opposite, no technology at all without creativity.
Pratik Hazra  |  Argues in support of  "Yes"  |  1 year ago
I think that creativity is the root cause for various technologies. Without creativity there is no new technology. Thus creativity can survive without technology.

DRDO to Develop its Own Operating System With pimply, light sensitive Chinese kids wreaking hell on government websites across the cyber world, the thought of network centric nuclear programme is mortifying. Two brand new software research outposts are being established in Bangalore and New Delhi. These research centres will have strength of 25 scientists, each dedicated for the purpose, besides additional talent that the government plans to tap from institutes like Indian Institute of Sci...

Found that nobody can create a FOLDER anywhere on the Computer which can be named as “CON”. This is something funny and inexplicable? At Microsoft the whole Team, couldn’t answer why this happened! Try it now it will not create a CON folder. For those of you using Windows, do the following: 1.) Open an empty notepad file 2.) Type “Bush hid the facts” (without the quotes) 3.) Save it as whatever you want. 4.) Close it, and re-open it. Noticed the weird bug? No one can explain! Magic #3 Again this is something funny and can’t be explained? At Microsoft the whole Team, including Bill Gates, couldn’t answer why this happened! It was discovered by a Brazilian. Try it out yourself? Open Microsoft...

The news we've all been waiting for: Eat chocolate and live an extra year   Did you know that a couple of squares of good-quality dark chocolate contain nearly four times the antioxidants of a plum or a handful of Brussels sprouts . Here is the latest research on the health benefits of chocolate with 70 per cent cocoa solids or higher. For your heart Research undertaken at the University of Aberdeen shows that flavanols, a form of antioxidant present in chocolate with a high cocoa mass, help prevent the activation of platelets in the blood, which contribute to heart disease. Another study conducted in Dusseldorf and at the University of California at Davis suggests consumption of flavanols ...

No software is perfect... loopholes occur and there will be cyber thefts... Its more than just the OS... external network also comes into picture. Also, the softwares that are installed onto the OS also come into play and their interaction...
Maneesh Jain  |  Argues in support of  "Yes"  |  1 year ago
Yes possible this might work. Since we depend on other country for our OS we need to follow certain policies of theirs. But am not sure, chances are there as jojh mentioned  depending on the OS.
Jose Artur Santos  |  Argues in support of  "No"  |  1 year ago
"Totally" is a very strong word, but might be possible increase more security it depends what you learn from the past from others OS´s.
