Many of the Planning engineers I have met are not  following recommended practises like 14R-90 that is both for Planning and scheduling and outlines what is required from a planning engineer.

I hope that all those who are working for some company as project people know that there is a contract that is between client and contractor and each one needs to see on how it work based on whose side they are. We must know that all construction or project contracts are based on International commercial LAW.   We have to know the Indian Contract law and other legal aspects of a contract.
