But my Question was whether the recession has hit the business of BD manager's in recruitment firms. where they are responsible in bringing in new requirements from new clients to recruit. And few of them, they did mention that their job is on fire....

Why are underGraduates are not given more opportunities? If people are not able to finish there graduation due to some very important reason, then why cant they deserve to prove themselves? We have found people who are undergarduates doing there work with more passion and hard work then any other graduates.....................So please give ideas and your view points as to what can be done to the undergraduates, who can actually deserve better breaks.

yes ...really this needs attention but still under graduates must be more foccussed on area of interest,time bound target, and scope as per global demands thanks.for the question
