But with the opportunity created do you really think that there is going to be effect on Pay packages, corporates hier people for low packages and which many would not be willing to work for that so the bottom lines remain the same and i.e No Jobs.

I think with the expansion there will be more vacancy, the best example we could see is of BPO industry. The more they expand the more job vacancy is created.
