Ratan Tata's purported remarks expressing surprise at fellow industrialist Mukesh Ambani living in a billion-dollar mansion in Mumbai has sparked off a controversy today. Well it is his house and his moeny in first place and then why to give any statement which may end u in some controversy? The Tata group Chairman was quoted by London's Times newspaper as having said, 'It makes me wonder why someone would do that. That's what revolutions are made of. The person who lives in there should be concerned about what he sees around him and [asking] can he make a difference. He added that this country needs people to allocate some of their enormous wealth to finding ways of mitigating the hardship...

Received this as an email, thought of sharing it here..   A woman in a hot air balloon realized she was lost. She reduced altitude and spotted a man below. She descended a bit more and shouted, 'Excuse me Sir, can you help me? I promised a friend, I would meet him an hour ago but I don't know where I am.'   The man below replied, 'You're in a hot air balloon hovering approximately 30 feet above the ground. You're between 40 and 41 degrees north latitude and between 59 and 60 degrees west longitude.'   ''You must be an engineer,' said the lady balloonist.   'I am', replied the man. 'How did you know?'   ''Well', answered the lady in the balloon, 'everything you told me is technically correct...

Darshana everything said and done see the timid approach of the government. Tata is interested in an Airline sell him the national carrier and see it will start earning profit. Air India originally belongs to Tata give back to them.

Ploy or not, it is worth selling the Air India and Indian Air Lines. If private can do something, it is better to allow them to do. Government can concentrate where private can not be allowed to enter.
Darshana Sawant  |  Argues in support of  "No"  |  1 year ago
I do not think so . They can sell it openly wihtout doing any such thing. I do not see any need to create a hue and cry for such reasons..
