In today's scenario brand comparison is increasing day by day , you are facing many advertisement in Television, hoarding, radio (Some level) and many place direct or indirectly comparison. Last 5 months 34 complained received from consumers complain council against Advertising standard council of india.Especially complaints are like brand comparison, comparative benefit. And always this advertisements are coming from personal care, health or nutrition, household or home care, cosmetics or beauty sectors almost cover F.M.C.G sectors.
