Kissing up ur boss is nessary to go a head and to get higher position.. In my exp i have seen so many persons who have good knowledge in his/her field. Even though if they don't know how to handle boss will makes them failer in getting promotion.

I don't agree kissing up to your boss is the only way to go ahead. I believe only those person go for this step, who don't have any calibre in themselves to do anything of their own. I call these people "lame" who wants to achieve success without...
