Professional summary

Personally I have a background in multiple industries, including commercial, non-profit and government sectors. I have been a manager of multi-discipline teams and projects, including pilot programs. I have built teams that were challenged into highly functional leaders with passionate motivation for their task, and have diverse understanding spanning manufacturing through to fraud investigation, retail and customer service plus recruitment, HR services and retention/succession issues.
