An experienced Search specialist with 14 years in the industry, Karen started in the IT sector in 1986 for a major UK service provider. From here, she joined the ‘Headhunting’ industry in 1993 for Anderson Executive Search, as a Consultant in their IT practice. During this time she progressed to Senior Consultant and eventually Business Unit Manager, with responsibilities for her own team. Karen worked with Gibson Webb as a Project Manager/Consultant ifrom 2002 until 2007, driving the delivery for a number of senior level search assignments.

Today, Karen is working with a number of IT professionals and is responsible for an element of New Business Development and delivery of both exclusive and retained services to her clients.

Over the years Karen has delivered hundreds of successful searches for many ‘blue chip’ organisations, in the areas of Sales, Technical, Managerial/Executiveand UK & European/ US start-ups.
