Register, rename, recertify, and delete users, move users to new certifier and new mail servers, modify person docs, troubleshoot mail routing, database access issues, out of office agents, modify location docs, create mail-in databases, ACL/ Mail/ and Multi-Purpose Notes Groups. Installation of Windows XP sp2, Windows 98, Windows 2000 and 2003 server and configuring desktop drivers. Installation of new PCs and Laptops. Configuration and installation of internal and external modems and LAN cards for Internet. Configuring IP Address in LAN on Desktop. Configuring LAN. Desktop related troubleshooting. Troubleshooting Network traffic configuration, Identifying fault, Ethernet cards, configuring network Protocol, TCP/IP. Installing Desktop Application, MS Office 2003, Adobe Reader 8, win zip. Installation of Security software like Antivirus Trend Micro 8.0 and Lan desk application. Installation and troubleshooting Network printers and Creating printer queues is servers. | ||
